As a designer, I set out to make the frame's form play an integral role with its function. A unique look that is there for a good reason: take steels ability for compliance and refine that quality with a healthy dose of experimentation to effectively deliver that desired ride quality. Head and seat angles are slackened and the ride is at home on descents, forgiving in the turns, bottom bracket height is high enough to clear obstacles, and avoid pedal strike but low enough so it doesn't begin to pitch the rider up & forward. The most important piece of the puzzle: low slung frame. Makes the frame dissappear beneath the rider and provides confidence in the tech. Plenty of room when you need to bail. Short rear triangle is another must. Short enough so the front pops easily, climbs well (seat angle puts seat over rear wheel for better traction). Clean lines. ABSLUTELY no braze-ons for a front derailleur, this is meant as a 1x9 / singlespeed setup. Hydro braze-ons throughout to run full housing. This equates to cleaner shifts and less drag. All toptube routed cables. Steel is the only way to go. It has a unique ride quality that i am 100% committed.
