PROCESS
The process of each build begins on the trail. Through the shared experience of each line, every rock, bunny hop and uphill grind. I funnel that experience and passion for bicycles into each and every build. The experience gained from the ride is poured into that initial frame drawing. Angles are carefully chosen; measurements are determined from rider dimensional input and how you want your bike to perform for you. The tubes are mitered, cleaned and checked in the frame jig. Tacked, checked and welded. Your options that were carefully considered have been applied. Cable guides, bottle mounts and the rest of the bits are brazed in place. A final check and the frame is thoroughly cleaned before it's off to paint: your option either liquid or powder. The final step is applying the head and seat tube badge with your lucky number stamped in the seat tube badge for that added extra trail mojo. Packed up, sealed tight and it's off to your front door.
